Gail Audibert, CPC is President and owner of Gail Audibert Associates, Inc. For over 35 years she has recruited and consulted in the Insurance and Financial Services industries, placing individuals both locally and nationally. Audibert Associates customizes its services based on an individual assessment of each client’s needs. Her firm has experience with searches that are Retained, Exclusive Contingent, and RPO. Gail has served on the Board of The Connecticut Association of Personnel Consultants for 15 years. She has been President of Insurance National Search and co-founded a merger with the National Insurance Recruiting Association where she became its Vice President. Gail continues to serve as its Education Chair. In 2015, Gail joined the Pinnacle Society, which is an elite group of 80 of the recruiting industry’s leading experts. She was nominated to the board and now serves as its Vice President and Technology Chair. Gail has her CPC (Certified Professional Consultant) and is an alumni member of Hartford’s “Forty under Forty”. All of the above is a footnote to the most important role in her life: partner to her husband David, mother to her three children, Emily Amanda and Michael and “Gigi” to Parker, her first grandchild.
